The DWR-932M 4G/LTE Mobile Router is a 4G LTE Cat4 high-speed broadband wireless WAN (WWAN) to Wi-Fi mobile hotspot. The DWR-932M uses a 4G Internet connection to give you an easy-to-set-up Wi-Fi network anywhere you need one. Instead of limiting your mobile Internet connection to a single device through a USB dongle, the DWR-932M allows you to create a Wi-Fi hotspot to share your connection with multiple Wi-Fi devices. How do I put the SIM card in?
Open the back cover and remove the battery, there will be a slot that fits a standard size SIM card.
How do I connect to the Wi-Fi of this device?
The default WI-FI name (SSID) and Password can be found on a sticker on the inside of the back cover of the device.
Turn on the Wi-Fi on the device you want to connect with (cellphone, tablet or computer etc) and search for this Wi-Fi name. When prompted enter the Password to connect.
How do I check my data balance?
Connect to the device via Wi-Fi, open up your internet browser and type the following address into the address bar http://192.168.0.1/
Navigate to USSD and type your Internet service provider’s USSD code and click send to retrieve your data information.
My SIM card has data but I don’t get internet?
Check the APN settings are correct for your Internet Service Provider.
How to set my APN
Log into the device interface (192.168.0.1). On the main page click on Network settings –> APN –> Edit.
make sure the APN is set correct for your Internet service provider. Click apply once you’re done.
Does it work with Rain?
Yes, this device supports 4G/LTE sim cards (5G Rain SIM cards are not supported).
How do I reset the device?
Remove the back cover of the device. You will see a small hole labeled “Reset”. Insert a thin object like a paperclip or toothpick into the hole and keep that button pressed for 15 – 20 seconds then release. Once you release the button the lights will start flashing, wait for all lights to become stable. The device will be reset to factory defaults.
How do I change the Wi-Fi name and password?
Log into the device interface (192.168.0.1). On the main page click on Wi-Fi settings –> Network Name (SSID).
Here you can change your Wi-Fi name. Once you are done click Apply.
To change the Password edit the details labeled Pass Phrase.
Once you are done click Apply.
Note: if you were connected to the device via Wi-Fi please reconnect to the new Wi-Fi name using the new password. You might need to forget the network and then reconnect.
What SIM card size do I use with my device?
The Micro SIM card size (not the Nano or big sizes).
What is the SD card slot for?
The SD slot provides additional storage space for contacts and SMS’s if the SIM card storage becomes full.
