How do I put the SIM card in?
Slide the back cover open and there will be a slot that fits a standard size SIM card.
My SIM card has data but I don’t get internet?
Check on the connection manager that the dial number is set to *99# and that your service provider’s APN is selected.
How to set my APN
Open D-Link Connection Manager, Navigate to Settings –> Profile management, Edit the default profile and input the APN.
How do I check my data balance?
Open D-Link Connection Manager, Click on the USSD button, Type in the USSD that your network uses to check the balance.
Does it work with Rain?
Yes, it does work with Rain 4G.
Does it work on Windows 10?
Yes it does.
Does it work on MAC
Yes, but it may need a firmware update to work on the latest version.
Can it auto connect, so I don’t need to manually connect it all the time?
Unfortunately it does not auto connect, and requires a manual connection every time.
Can a TV use this for internet?
No, it will not work on a TV.
What SIM card size do I use with my device?
The standard (big) size SIM card (not the Nano or Micro sizes).
What is the SD card slot for?
The SD slot provides additional storage space for SMS’s if the SIM card storage becomes full.
