Please note, it has recently been brought to our attention that customers have noticed debit orders being deducted from their account with DLINK cited in the description.
We would like to confirm that these debit orders are in no way linked to D-Link Southern Africa. We do not handle any type of billing and are not able to deduct any debit orders from client’s accounts.If you have noticed any suspicious transactions, we would like to advise you to immediately contact your bank and dispute/reverse the debit order. Your bank will be able to track the payment and investigate the fraudulent payment further.
