Step 1: Power OFF your device if it is powered on.
Step 2: Look at the bottom of the device and locate the white sticker.
Step 3: Wireless ID (SSID) and Password (WPA Key) is located above the Factory Code Block.

Step 1: Check that your telephone cable is connected correctly on the Telkom Line Box
Step 2: Check that your telephone cable is connected correctly through the filter/splitter into Router
Step 3: If the LED light still remains red, contact Telkom to report a line fault.

Step 1: Open your web browser and type in the IP address of the router (192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.2 by default).

Step 2: Enter your default username (admin) and password (blank by default), then click OK or Log In to continue.

Step 3: For security measures, it is advised you must change your default login username & password after your initial setup.

Step 1: Power OFF your device.
Step 2: Pick up and turn your device upside down.
Step 3: Look for “Model” located on the sticker on the bottom of your device.
Step 4: Look for “S/N” located on the sticker on the bottom of your device.
Step 5: If the sticker is not on the bottom, it is likely on the side of the device.

Step 1: Make sure your Wi-Fi is enabled on your computer.
Step 2: Click on the network icon in the bottom right corner (located near the system clock).
Step 3: Select the wireless network you wish to connect to and click Connect.
Step 4: If you have a Wi-Fi password (WPA Key) set on your wireless device, enter the password and click OK to continue.
Step 5: Select the Network Type.
Step 6: Your computer is now connected. If Connect Automatically is ticked, the computer should automatically connect to this network when it is within range.
