The DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2+ 4-Port Router connects a group of users to the Internet, allowing multiple computers at home or the office to share an integrated high-speed ADSL2/2+ interface. It provides high-performance 802.11n wireless access for wireless networked computers, 4 built-in Ethernet ports, firewall protection, and QoS for smooth and secure download/upload of photos, files, music, video, and e-mail over the Internet.

How do I log into the router’s settings?

Plug one end of a LAN cable into one of the yellow ports at the back of the router, then plug the other end into a computer or laptop.

Once you are connected to the device please open your internet browser (chrome, firefox or Internet explorer etc) and type the following address into the address bar “http://10.0.0.2” and then click search/enter.

If you have set up the router before a popup will open asking for a username and password. Use the default login details on the back of device. The default username is usually: “admin”, Password: “admin”

Note: If the popup indicates that the details are incorrect, the default details were changed in the initial setup of the wizard. Please use the password it was change to, then select login.


How do I change the Wi-Fi name and password

Login to the routers settings (connect to 10.0.0.2) –> Go to Wireless Connection –> Manual Wireless Connection Setup

Here you can change the SSID (WiFI Name) and the Network key/WPA Passphrase/WPA Preshared key (these all mean Wi-Fi Password)
Be sure to click Apply when done.


I forgot my login password, what do I do?

If you forgot your login details you will unfortunately need to reset the router back to factory defaults to be able to access the router.


How do I reset the router?

To Reset the Router, you will need a small object such as a (PIN/Toothpick/Paper Clip) to insert into the “Reset” hole at the back of the device for 15-20 Seconds, until the power light goes Red.

Note: You will need to reconfigure the router again to get internet access.


Can the Device be used with a Fiber Connection?

If the Devices 4th LAN (Yellow) Port says LAN/WAN then it can be configured for Fiber connection.


Is there a firmware update?

The latest available Firmware for:

Hardware version C1 is (ME_1.10_B038)
Hardware version T1 is (AF_1.76_R01)
Hardware version T3 is (AF_2.02_R03)


Can you use it as an Wireless Repeater?

Unfortunately this device cannot be used as a Repeater as it does not have this functionally built in.


Can you use it as an Access Point?

If the devices 4th LAN (Yellow) Port says LAN/WAN then this device can be used as an access point.

To access this function you will need to edit the WAN Profile to use it as an access point,
If the 4th LAN port does not indicate LAN/WAN then the device can unfortunately not be set up as an Access Point


Can I set up a failover to USB dongle?

Yes, Failover is possible. You will need to navigate to Advanced –> 3G Internet Setup.

On this page you will need to Configure the 3G Internet Profile and Set the Primary Internet Source to your current Internet Service
and the Failover to 3G. (So that when the primary stops working the Failover will kick in.)

Can I block certain sites?
Yes you can block http sites (not https).

To access this feature Navigate to –> Advanced –> Parental Control –> Block Website –> add a rule


Can I limit bandwidth per user?

Unfortunately this device does not support Bandwidth Limitation per user.
